Responsibilities

Reporting to our Finance Operations Lead, you will:

• Handle SEIS/EIS statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Manage Companies House filings and related regulatory documentation
• Process refunds, review expenses, and handle invoicing
• Set up and manage nominee entities and manage subscriptions and billing
• Facilitate day-to-day accounting tasks, including reconciling invoices in Xero and preparing wire packs
• Communicate effectively with team members, ensuring accurate information flow
• Proactively identify any discrepancies or issues in financial documents, raising questions as needed
