Mission
You'll take full ownership of the sales pipeline, while also helping to drive community engagement, and orchestrating outbound strategies for new product launches. By focusing on building relationships, creating scalable sales frameworks, and sharing frontline insights across teams, you'll play a key role in contributing to our 3x YoY growth, ensuring that at least 30% of turnover comes from new business.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to our Head of Commercial, you’ll:
- Take full ownership of the sales pipeline:
- Execute thoughtful, personalised, and creative strategies to build a pipeline of new customers who have not yet interacted with Odin.
- Execute on a community-led sales strategy. You’ll also represent Odin and become the face of the company within the ecosystem.
- Qualify leads and accelerate top prospects to Customer Success for onboarding.
- Take a consultative, relationship-first approach to sales. This will require a deep understanding of the space and the ability to sell complex products.
- GTM Operations: Implement a repeatable and systematic framework to manage sales collateral (e.g. one-pagers, email/call structures) and engagement automation while also maintaining impeccable CRM data hygiene.
- Data: Collaborate with the Head of Commercial to set clear performance metrics and ensure the company stays on target. Continuously assess and adjust strategies to improve lead quality.
- New Product Launches: Ensure the successful launch of new products and new markets through thoughtful product positioning, executing on strategies for driving customer acquisition
- Frontline Feedback: Based on your interactions with prospects and customers, you will provide feedback to other teams, including product, design, engineering, and customer success, to help us improve the product and its positioning and customer experience.
