The Role

Reporting to our People & Talent Lead, you’ll help make Odin a place where people feel connected, engaged, and supported to do their best work.

Your work will directly shape our culture and employee experience, from organising off-sites and team events to improving our people tools and onboarding processes. Whether it’s making sure new joiners feel welcome, strengthening how we work together remotely, or supporting hiring efforts, you’ll play a key role in helping our team thrive.

Responsibilities

• Improving and maintaining people tools to streamline processes, make data more useful, and enhance the team’s experience
• Ensuring new joiners have a smooth experience from offer to first day, including IT setup and equipment
• Helping employees stay engaged and connected through thoughtful communication and culture initiatives
• Organising off-sites, team events, and socials that bring people together and reflect Odin’s culture
• Supporting hiring by managing scheduling, keeping pipelines updated, and ensuring a great candidate experience
• Helping refine onboarding, performance, and employee experience initiatives so the team has everything they need to succeed

About You

• 2+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, Talent, or a similar role—ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
