Odin is building the investment infrastructure for the future of private markets. We believe capital is one of the most powerful tools for shaping the world - and more people should know how to put it to work. Our mission is to make it radically easier to raise and deploy capital, so that anyone, anywhere, can back the companies and ideas they believe in.

Our first product is a full-stack platform for launching and running private investment firms - think Shopify for VC and PE. We handle all the infrastructure: from legal structuring and investor onboarding to KYC/AML, payments, tax, reporting, and exits.

We’re already trusted by over 10,000 angels, VCs, and founders. We administer over $500m in assets, covering investments from pre-seed to series E. This includes household names like ElevenLabs, OpenAI, SpaceX, xAI, Anduril, etc. but also new companies creating everything from synthetic brains to small nuclear reactors.

The Role:

• This is a role for a sharp, ambitious engineer early in their career who wants to ship fast, learn relentlessly, and help shape the future of private markets.
• You’ll work closely with senior engineers and product leaders to scope, build, test, and iterate on features that support thousands of investors and move hundreds of millions of dollars in cash and assets. We expect you to be resourceful and use AI to move faster and build better software.
• This is a high-output, high-standards environment where speed and quality aren’t trade-offs - they’re both expected. You’ll get direct ownership, close mentorship, and the chance to level up faster than you would anywhere else.

What you'll need

• 1+ year of professional experience as a full stack or backend engineer
• Experience using AI tools thoughtfully across your workflow - not just for writing code, but for improving development speed, testing, documentation, and problem-solving
• You can own a feature end-to-end, and write clean, testable, D-R-Y code that’s easy to build on

Nice to have

• Experience working with Go
• Exposure to frontend technologies like React
